Frank R. Lacativa 79 passed away on Sunday August 7, 2016 at Wingate of Fishkill.
He was the son of George and Rose Petito Lacativa of the Bronx. Frank worked many years for the Archdiocese of New York and Vassar College in Poughkeepsie.
He was active in the Cub Scouts of America. In later years Frank was involved with Mended Hearts Chapter 5.
He was predeceased by 3 brothers and 1 sister, his wife Eleanor Ryan Lacativa and his oldest son James Lacativa.
Frank is survived by his children, Donna, Bonnie, Linda, Laurie and Christopher, his sister Joyce Lacks, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Thursday August 11, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home 371 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie, New York 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Friday August 12, 2016 at St. Martin dePorres Church Poughkeepsie, New York. Burial will be private.
